Scintilla’s Managing Director, John Hoddinott, is a business leader and management consulting professional with a track record of delivering lasting change for clients.

John had a varied career before starting Scintilla Consulting in 2019. Most recently as an Equity Partner at a Big 4 firm, but he has also worked for a leading technology firm, Her Majesty’s Treasury and UK Parliament.

John is the author of many reports in the public domain and spoken at conferences on topics from hospital commissioning to leading practice in budgeting and forecasting, from Safety & Quality of health systems to applications of blockchain for the public sector.
